Our T-shirts are sized and fit like most all Tees sold in the USA. To be sure, you can see the Size Chart here to be sure.
If in doubt, always order the next size up in case of any shrinkage, due to the premium 100% USA slightly pre-shrunk cotton fabric that we offer.

Specialty Items:
Shirt/Hat Fabrics: If you opt for a vibrant or bright 'neon' color, or a 'Heather' style (has specs of black woven in) then there may be slight blending of poly fabric:
- Only a very few shirt colors require a 99/1 % (cotton to poly) or 90/10 % (cotton to poly) or 'Poly-threading':
- Heather colors, Sport Grey, Ash Grey, and Antique colors require a blend of cotton with a slight bit of darker poly fabric.
(example : 'Ash Grey' is 99% cotton/1% polyester, and Sport Grey is 90/10 %).
Hats and embroidery work: can include cotton with poly-threading (typical 90% cotton/10% polyester blend with poly stitching (Cotton for comfort, and Poly for durability & strength) or a simpler all poly-threaded product for durability and ease of washing (All hat choices will state the type of material is used). 
Metals: If a product is a metal based, or painted product (keychains, etc), then all materials used are guranteed to be lead-free, contaminate and pesticide free, odor free and durability tested.
If a vendor tries to switch to another material in which we dissapprove (material that differs from their MDS or MFR Data Sheet), then we will simply will no longer offer it for sale in our stores (it may show 'un-available for sale') until the vendor makes good on their item(s), meaning we would never sell a product that we do not trust, or haven't tried or used ourselves!

These are 'exclusive' custom-designed SKY BEAR items that are improved for both performance and style, by working directly with the manufacturer (ie: custom guitar picks, and drumstick manufacturers).
So either a manufacturer has contacted SKY BEAR (or vice-versa) to be involved directly in the improvement and/or customization of an item, then a 'private label exclusive agreement' is formed to produce and market the item.
Due to the significantly higher cost of 'low-run production' ('one-off' style manufacturing); you may find that these 'exclusive' items are inherently hard to keep in stock, also these items are not just 'drop-shipped', as they are fully tested (and/or signed) individually, so there are logistical delays (material supply, FedEx shipping to and from the MFR, etc.) as required for product improvement, and QC.

Economy:
Economy shipping is just $2.99 USD and delivery time is 4 - 8 business days.
For USA sales only - and offers the most cost-effective, fully-tracked shipping available. 

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping is just $4.75 USD and delivery time is 2 - 5 business days
(ten to fifteen days internationally) and is used both for US and worldwide delivery. 

Express Shipping:
Express Delivery is available for just $7.99 USD and delivery time is just 2 - 3 days.
Note: Express delivery is available within the USA only, and not offered for all items.

The Shipping time starts 1 - 3 days after your order is placed, as there is time needed for production, printing, drying/curing, packaging,
and dropoff (or pickup schedules) per the courier selected.
- Your order will always be processed within 24 hrs after order is received.

Real-time shipping costs:
Always keep checking throughout the day, or select a different color option if the shipping cost seems higher for a certain color choice or item.
Why is this? Because items are sourced in real-time, meaning there could be a scarcedy or 'a run' on a certain item (or color option) in that time period.

Order Cancellation is available only before any production has occured.
Returns: Please contact the phone number shown on your enclosed receipt if there is any issue with your order. If there is a valid reason for the return then you must return the product in its original packaging and in the original condition and a return will be processed within 24-48 hrs of receipt of returned item. Unless there is an issue with your product; then a return shipping charge may be incurred. Also there is no refund for shipping charge (unless there is an issue or problem with the item itself). 
We allow up to 30 days for a return request and you can contact the phone number and/or email shown on your receipt for the store's return information.
